Peter Laird May Finish Vol.4 of The Mirage TMNT Comics

Peter Laird, co-creator of the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, recently discussed the possibility of finishing Volume 4 of the old Mirage Comics series in an interview with Cartoonist Kayfabe. The series was never completed, and Laird revealed that he has some ideas on how to finish it.

For those unfamiliar with the history of the Mirage Comics series, Peter Laird sold the rights to the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, but he kept the option to keep producing those specific Turtle Comics. This means that he still has the power to finish the story that was left unfinished in Volume 4.

During the interview, Laird expressed his interest in finishing the series, but he also admitted that he was not sure if he would use that option. He said, "Who can say whether I'm actually going to use that clause? I really don't know. It's possible that I might, if Jim Lawson is willing, finish volume 4. I have some ideas about how to do that, I really haven't put them into play yet, but I would kind of like to do that."

This statement has caught the attention of Turtle comics fans all around the world, as the possibility of seeing the story finally come to an end is exciting news.
