NECA has recently unveiled a new figure for Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles fans, as revealed on the popular YouTube channel Anthonycustoms. The figure, called the TMNT Comic Ultimate Foot Ninja, is based on the Mirage Comics version of the TMNT franchise.
