The Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles are coming to 4K. ArrowVideo.com is releasing the 1990s trilogy, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles (1990), The Secret of the Ooze, and TMNT III, in an Arrow Store Limited Edition 4K UHD box set. This release features 4K restorations, sourced from the original 35mm negative for the first film and 35mm interpositives for the sequels, all presented in Dolby Vision HDR. The audio includes lossless stereo and Dolby Atmos for the 1990 film, with DTS-HD MA 5.1 surround for the sequels. The set is packed with extras, including new directors’ commentaries for all three films, fresh cast and crew interviews, and a collector’s booklet with writings by Simon Ward, John Torrani, and John Walsh. It also features reversible sleeves with original and new artwork by Florey. Full details on extras will be revealed on September 26.

The site also offers other box sets of the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles trilogy, totaling four different box sets available for purchase. The second Limited Edition 4K UHD box set features different artwork on the box and discs, but the content is identical to the first 4K set. The other two box sets are Blu-ray versions of the trilogy. Pre-orders are already live. This is a significant moment for TMNT fans who have been eager to see these classics, especially the 1990 film, in ultra-high definition.
